Comet Machholz C 2004 Q2 (in Ha)
Taken with the ST-8i camera thru the 80ED refractor operating at ~f/4.73 riding piggy backed on the 10" LX200 GPS, unguided, in Ha,30x1 minute exposures (90x1 minute exposures were taken and every 2nd and 3rd were discarded and severe cropped to keep file size managable), binned 2x2 from the AstroShack, Jan.08,'05 North is down and this was the progression of the comet over ~2 hour period
Taken with the ST-8i camera thru 10" LX200 GPS at f/6.3 and guided on stars with Pictor 208 thru ST80 at f/15, 9 three minute shots taken in Lum only showing about 30 minutes of comet travel at -5 degrees C, binned 2x2 from the Astro Shack, July 4,'05
